Sweet Memories

Ok, we know it's September and many of you are thinking Fall and probably even getting ready for Christmas, right? :)
But maybe you're also summing up your summer holidays? Are you developing photos? Making albums? How many of you are into Project Life?
We hope Linda will give you some fresh inspiration today to capture your favorite memories.

This August I was lucky enough to attend 3 classes by Mumkaa.

In the layout class, we used Gelatos on the background and I got very inspired by the great look and had to try the techniques on my project for Mixed Media Place this month.

I've used pictures from our USA trip. First, I chose the pictures, then the cards and embellishments to match the pictures.

I used white cardstock as a base for the cards. On some of the pages I added a layer of thin gesso through one of Kasia's masks, let it dry and then applied Gelatos mixed with water. I added some stamping and doodling on the pages and love how the page turned out.

A totally Mumkaa inspired one with a bit of Linda touch to it. :)
