Twin Tags By Georgie C

I love creating little sets of things, especially tags. They’re a great size to work on too.

I started with a couple of sheets from the 6 x 6 pad Tales Of You And Me by Prima Marketing, mounting them on to peach cardstock.

Layered up some chipboard pieces and added flower bundles and some Finnabar mechanicals.

I then used Clear Gesso on everything to give some colourful shadows with some fun gelatos. They glide beautifully over the papers and the resist canvas.

This project is a touch out of my comfort zone with colours, but I enjoyed it very much. So relaxing and challenging at the same time.

Here are some more close ups:

Thanks for joining me here today.
Hugs

Live it up by Sylwia Gryczuk

Hello Arty Friends!

Sylwia here with my last project for Mixed Media Place! It was an amazing journey with fabolous team. Thank You Anna, Andrzej and Tusia for this opportunity!

For my last project I received a kit, which shop put together for me. In the kit there were: two stencils designed by Kasia Krzyminska, gold foil and rub-ons by Prima, Gelatos, Perfect Pearls and Izinks.

The kit was very colourful and inspired me to create funky art journal page. I also loved adding gold rub-ons to it:) Thank you for supporting my art work and for all your comments! I will see you around for sure !

And here is the video:

'I believe in unicorns and rainbows' painting with lights by TandiArt

Hi Arty Souls:)

Today I have for you a painting which transforms at night:) Is is a special gift for my little daughter who has fear of darkness. I wanted to make a painting which is decoration for her room but also can be use as an additional light:) I up-cycled my old canvas by covering it with Heavy Gesso by Prima.

Then I added colours with acrylics and my recent obsession- glitter by Finnabair. I love these sets with glitters which has few different shades of one colour. I used two sets in the painting.

Then I used Watercolors by Prima to paint my unicorn.

I used glass glitter also by Prima to add sparkle to his horn;) Then I made holes in the canvas and attached the lights. I secured the lights at the back with a sellotape.

Try and play with this idea:) I think the Christmas scenery would be really nice with light too!

 I hope you got inspired,
 Love, Sylwia
