The bird of happiness by Anastasi Kuznetsova

Hello everyone! Today I made a vintage canvas for you, which I called "The Bird of Happiness". May it bring you happiness, health and victories in the coming 2019. I wish you this year is a year of discoveries and creative take-off.

Rust effect pastes from Finnabair helped me create this canvas. I also used my favorite waxes Antique Brilliance and Metallique paints.

With the help of a modeling paste and a palette knife, I created a shabby surface effect. And by mixing the paste with the Mini Art Stones, I got the effect of a volumetric pattern.

Accents in the form of new Art Pebbles and Mechanicals completed my composition. I pasted the toppings on the Soft Gloss Gel.

Vintage vase by Anastasi Kuznetsova

Hello dear friends! Today, Anastasi is with you and I want to show you how to paint a glass bottle. For such project we need an empty dry bottle or blank glass vase, like mine.

Alcohol inks and metallic paints are ideal for working with glass. You know that these paints are perfectly attached to smooth surfaces and do not react to water after drying.

For my vase I used alcohol inks by Ranger, metallique paints by Finnabair and acrylic pigments by Izink. So that my vase was brighter and did not let the light through, at the very end I covered it from the inside with black gesso Finnabair, which also perfectly attaches to smooth surfaces.

In order to give my vase a little bit more vintage look, I covered it on top with a texture paste Clear Crackle by Finnabair and worked a little on the surface with waxes Finnabair.

I made Christmas bauble using mixed-media materials.
Have you ever tried it? It is very interesting:)
I used glass Star toy and alcohol ink.

Also I mixed Soft Gel with Primary Elements by ColourArte  and created some texture with brush and sponge. I covered chipboard in exactly same way.

Handmade flower is very special!
