Winter brush by Lanette Erickson

Hello All, You Amazing Creative People!

Today I am sharing an altered paintbrush that was inspired by the recent cold winter night we have been experiencing here in Michigan.

I started altering this brush with a mix of Resin pieces. After adhering all the resin bits using 3D Gloss Gel, I gave everything a quick coat of black gesso. Next, I brought back the details with a bit of white gesso and Finn's amazing wax.

I finished off my brush with a handful of flowers, chipboard and lots of glitter! I am pretty happy with how this brush turned out, I really like the mix of dark and light. I hope you do too!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!  I hope I have inspired you in some small way to spend some creative time in your art space and maybe even create something pretty.

Until next time, Hugs & Have fun creating!

Power of love by Asia Szczurowska

I’m a huge fan of Finnabair moulds. The shapes and details are amazing.

In this project, I didn't think about a specific topic, I just took a few elements and created them. When I finished,  I knew what my inner artist wanted to tell. The title "power of love" came to me by itself.

On the painting canvas, I glued the stripes of "Paint chips" paper from 7dots studio. Paper is stuck on the cardboard. I painted the castings with black gesso and then covered them with waxes.

The paper was too matt, so I covered it gently with waxes. I used a brush with hard bristles so that the paper wasn’t completely covered.

You can watch step by step video tutorial.

Rusty assemblage by Wiola WuWu

Hi everyone, today I have for you the assemblage with a lot of found objects and old rusty elements. I used too Finnabair products. I mixed a lot of colors.  I used a little bit of crackle paste and the sand paste to create the background. To mixed the colors I used dabbing brush.

I used the color palette I usually don’t use it especially the red color;) I hope you like my proposal of inspiration.
