Mixed Media Wedding Card by Georgie C

Weddings are perfect opportunity to let your creativity shine. This little mixed media card and box set is perfect - the box protects your card design, as well as give it plenty of room for your mixed media embellishments, so they can stand out from the page.

Papers and sentiments from 7 Dots Studio Messy Head collection are gorgeous and perfect to create that shabby feel, I love. The focal point is amazing and trendy Scrapiniec chipboard.

I often use cheesecloth to create some light and airy feel - new Art Stones from Finnabar are perfect addition and I have left them unpainted too, make everything lighter.

My fave way to start building the background is to use a stencil. So many ways and techniques but adding some glitter on top adds a sense of magic!

Hope you enjoyed today post, please see the video if you wish to watch my creative process.

Hugs

  3. Wow! Seriously your design is superb. Weddings are known for its unique and extraordinary style, theme and the way of celebrating it. Indian wedding card is playing a very major role in this beautiful event. A few weeks ago, I purchased a lovely invitation from a well-known shop. Keep Blogging.
