Love builds a happy home

Tiny box, big Art!
Janka always surprises us with her ability to transform ordinary into extraordinary.
Take a look at this simply adorable vintage piece.

Hello my darlings!
End of the year is a time summaries and New Year's resolutions. Do you also have any plans, promises and decisions to be made?
In my family our New Year's resolution was always to build a happy home and family every day. And so it is today. Here's my work on this subject:

In the beginning there was the metal box which I covered with two layers of gesso. As my background I added chipboard in the shape of a house. I added scraps from old newspaper.

I chose blue-and-brown color scheme with drops of yellow, I imposed on the surfaces diluted paint mists. I dried up. I highlighted some parts of the house using silks (Iridescent copper)

Separately I prepared an old photograph with an authentic couple. I cut out a couple and I added some metal wings. I added my cut out to the box by using 3D cubes on the ground.
At the top of the box I made a small hole and add a chain. To mask my chain I added a large thumbscrew.
On the top I added inscription HOME - wooden cubes with scribbles.
At the bottom you will find a hole with copper wire, which holds the word "together".
