Maybe it's worth reaching for the forgotten photos from the past? We are certain that Linda's artwork will inspire you to create. :)
Hi, sweet people, Linda here and I would like to share with you a layout I've made with a photo of my son from when he was little (today a young man).
I have one son and I didn't scrapbook when he was young. Yes, I did take photos but not like the photos I take now. When I started scrapbooking I started to look at things in a different way and the pictures I now take are from a different angle and not so much from a long distance.
This picture on the other hand, is one of the better I
took way back then and it is from our national day celebration on the
17th of May. I scanned the old image and sent it to my iphone. There I
added some filter and printed two different versions, ready to
be scrapbooked.
I prepared the background paper with strips of paper and various tapes. Then I added some gesso. I used Glimmer Mists, Ecolines and Primary Elements to add color to the page. Some background stamping and finally I added various embellishments from my stash.
Thank you for looking.
