I like decorating ordinary items. Adding character to them makes me satisfied.
For this project, I chose a heart-shaped box. I stuck rice paper on the bottom and colored the lid and sides with impasto paints. On these paints I put a paste from the Jewel series and white crackle paste. Remember that it is worth leaving it to dry on its own, without a heater.
Impasto are matte paints. To add shine to them, using metallic paints and mica powder. I mixed Mika with liquid acrylic paint and acrylic medium.
I covered the castings with mica mixed with liquid acrylic and, when it was completely dry, wax. Finally, I added a few splashes.
