Hello! I am very pleased to be the December Special Guest at Mixed Media Place!
My name is Magda, in social media you can find me as eMKa.
I live in Poland. My projects are created in a small corner of my bedroom.
I do various kinds of paper project. Almost 10 years ago I started from the typical paper project like a cards, and now I'm doing cards, boxes and a lot of mixed-media project too.
I love steampunk style, but I also enjoy creating a really delicate
mixed media project in a retro, vintage style.
This project was created for the moodboard from the current challenge.
I chose a photo of planks, anise and a snowy branch as my main inspiration.
It's cold and frosty outside, so this was the theme I was most interested in.
I used several Finnabair products - stencil, Impasto paints, Liquid Acrylic's and texture paste.
I also added some natural and fragrant accessories: anise, cinnamon sticks and pinecones.
I finished it all off with white gesso and Distress ink.
