I prepared a step-by-step photo tutorial. Here it is:
1. Let's start with lace and washi tape. I love 3D effect.
2. Then I have added layers of tags.
3. Next step was creating layers with chipboard pieces from 7 Dots Studio and Scrapiniec.
4. Now the best part - making splashes :)

Hi Cindy! I loved seeing all the wonderful rich colors in your tags and papers - it was gorgeous even without adding the top floral layers. The entire piece turned out very special; vibrant and elegantly extravagant. Xj.
