Layout in the style of grunge "86" by Anastasi Kuznetsova

Hello! Today I have come to show a difficult job. I believe that the creativity should communicate to viewers not only beauty, but also a thought.

Many remember that exactly 30 years ago, in 1986 there was a terrible technogenic catastrophe in Chernobyl, Ukraine, which was then part of the USSR. In that year, a month before the incident, I was born.

I do not accidentally remembered about the crash. All my life it echoes every year do not allow to forget about it. The thing is that so many people in the Soviet Union were sent that year to eliminate the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear accident. I do not know of a single liquidator, who would not have died later from radiation sickness, during the first months, and during the past 30 years. My relatives, parents of my friends, friends of my parents. All who took part mothballed the destroyed NPP have already died.

The photograph shows the town of Pripyat, which is located in the exclusion zone. This burgeoning city, like my and other towns of the Soviet Union, is now a ghost.

  10. I'm so sorry you lost family and friends to this horrible and sad day. I will never forget where I was when it came on the radio in my car - people driving along as I was on the highway - so many cars/trucks pulled over to the side of the highway - they all must have been listening and were in shock - as was I. Your page is truly gorgeous - and it most certainly depicts that day.
