Hi everybody! My name is Anna Malik. I am glad to be invited as designer into such a cool blog and to have possibility to show here my work. I live with my family in Istra, the Moscow’s surburb. I am creative person, practicing in a various needlework, but only Scrapbooking's really my thing. At first it was usual cards and albums, and year ago I opened up a world of mix-media for myself. So after this time all of my works are made with paints and sprays.
And now, my inspiration made this wooden panel picture. I understand that now everyone make winter craft, but I just wanted to make something different. And that’s what I’ve got As a basis, I took a sawn tree, covered it with acrylic paints with marble chips. The composition is based on a black and white photo, which I decorated with various chipboard, cutting and flowers. All these elements are painted with acrylic or spray.
My work became interesting and looked like it was finished only after adding toppings. And of corse splashes, without them- nowhere.
