Today our Guest Designer is talented Julia Kissel. She created a fabulous layout with amazing mix of colours and elements, that give a strong sense of motion. Meet Julia from St. Petersburg!
I’m Julia Kissel from St.Petersburg, Russia. At the moment I’m a housewife and scrapbooking instructor. I teach scrapbooking classes in studios and make online tutorials. I'm DT member of Lindy’s Gang, Mixed Media & Art, Art Playground. Firstly learned about scrapbooking in 2012 and since then it is a part of my life. In scrapbooking I love mixed media and I use paints in all my projects! Love bright colors.))
Today I'll show you a colorful and fun layout.
The moodboard inspiration took me to distant countries and travel dreams... In my project there are hearts and colours of the moodboard.
The photo, I used - I was delighted with Paris street... :) Sincere love poured out from my heart...
I was happy!
I used papers: Dreamer and Paint Chips collection from 7 Dots Studio and Word Stickers - Fortune-teller 7 Dots Studio. I covered the background with transparent medium Prima - Art Basics - Gesso - Clear.
I covered the black and white photo with the same medium and Ranger Crackle Accent.
After drying cracks appeared on the photos and I tinted them with Ranger alcoholic ink. So I got a new T-shirt...))
On the layout there are a lot of flowers, Lindy's sprays: Starburst - Peony Scarlet Red, Starburst - Bachelor Button Blue, Milk Chocolate Brown and wonderful chipboard wings of ScrapFX...
