Green dummy by Georgie

Hi everyone,

Today I’m sharing something a little different for me. My mum runs a little antique stall in one of those curiosity/aladdin caves and she gave me a paper-mache bust for decorating. She wanted something - colour-wise - that would display both gold/silver and vintage pieces nicely.

I chose Emerald Green from the Art Alchemy range as it will work perfectly with most of the jewellery pieces she sells, but  had to add a little Georgie-spin to the piece too ;)

For texture, I used Texture Paste White Sand and Mini Art Stones. Whilst it was till wet I added some Prima Crystals.

For the other embellishments, I used Finnabair’s Mechanicals to dress the lower side in a cluster and then a single little heart on the other side towards the back.

For depth I used Artisan Powder in Clay, Porthenay and Black. Brushing it in and dusting off the excess. I finished the piece with some wax, using Vintage Gold and Vintage Silk.
