Book cover by Arantzazu Sangrador

Hello friends!!!
Today I want to show you my newest project. I created a kind of watercolor notebook.
I have been looking at watercolor challenges a lot, I love them but I have never dared to play with them... so my purpose for this new month is to start with the watercolors! And that's why I created this notebook - it's small so I can take it anywhere and draw !

It consists of covers, two rings and watercolor leaves of different textures

To create the cover I have cut the texture similar to wood, then I used a stencil with white crackle paste. When it dried I used sprays to add a little color

To decorate it, I used metal wire. I pasted the central ornament and used the mini art stones along with some pieces of loop and rope to give it more texture.

Again I used sprays so that the cover and the embellishments had the same tone and I used the gilded wax to enhance the cover. To finish a few more ornaments and I continued decorating the inside separators.

I have used stamps, inks and a few droplets of the sprays that I have been using before.

I hope you like it! and I hope to use this watercolor notebook.... 😉
