Believe in magic

Today all you need is sparkle and a little bit of magic.
Tusia will tell you how to create a special docorative piece using very few art products. Grab some old frame try for yourself!

Hello sweet mixed-media fans :)
I love to celebrate and create joyful atmosphere around me :) I love seeing my beloved ones happy and smiled and throughout a year there are many opportunities to celebrate. For sure our very special time is in November and December, when we start to light up the whole house with candles and lights. Me and my kids love to make fabric and paper embellishments, so I couldn't resist to create a new, winter frame, that I would like to show you today.

As a base I have used old, wooden frame - I covered it with Finnabair Heavy White Gesso at first. Then I started to work on giving it enough glow :)

I mixed Finnabair Soft Gloss Gel with different embellishments - microbeads, mica flakes and glass glitter and covered the inner part of the frame. When everything dried, I covered the outer part of frame, the deer and partially the inner part of the frame with mixture of Finnabair mica powder (3 colors) and Finnabair Soft Gloss Gel.

When everything dried, I stamped a little bit Christmas uplifting words using 7 Dots Studio Yuletide stamp set.

Final touch was adding UmWowStudio flair, some crystals, Prima Resin Frame, Prima flowers and 7 Dots Studio Word Sticker.

Thank you for visiting Mixed Media Place blog today :)
