Amazing Weekend & The Real Difficulty

Can you imagine what happens when you put three extremely talented Design Team members in one small room for three days? :)
A lot of amazing art, obviously!

Last weekend was probably the most creative time I have ever had. :)
I spent almost three days with Agnieszka Anna and Czekoczyna. Can you imagine? Almost half of our Design Team in one cute little apartment. ;)
We've had an amazing time - laughing, eating delicious food and making art.

I also had a chance to take part in Kasia's "Make it your way" class and I have to say it was a great experience. It was the first time for me - I had never taken any creative classes before.
And on Saturday evening, I created this small mixed media canvas - inspired by Kasia's classes but also... made my own way. :)

I used plenty of Mixed Media Place products here - stencils, Art Basics, a lot of Prima's flowers, mists made from Primary Elements pigments and many of my favourites - Twinkling H2Os paints.
I don't think I've ever used so many products on such a small canvas before. ;)

I also used pages from my art journal made from an old book and I cut out some texts. They were not used in the same sentence but I gave them a new meaning. :)
"The real difficulty. When he was thinking about her, she was disappearing."
But it could also be read as: "The real difficulty. When he was thinking about her, the difficulty would disapear."

I couldn't stop myself - glitter is one my favourite products. :) Mixed with gloss gel medium can make a great "glitter paste" which you can use to make some sparkle accents on your embellishments. :)

Can you see all these layers, stains and splashes?

I'm kinda proud of this piece and it will help me remember this great weekend and both of my creative and talented friends :)
