PanPastel journal

Hallo
Today I'd like to show you the piece created entirely with PanPastels. Well, maybe with a few other mediums

Witajcie
Dziś chciałabym Wam pokazać pracę stworzoną w całości za pomocą PanPasteli. No może z dodatkiem kilku dodatkowych mediów

This work is a very very spontaneous entry into my art-journal. Without thinking and planning I just pulled out a piece of watercolor paper, my PanPastels tray, some stamps, some inks and began this creative play.

Ta praca to taki bardzo bardzo spontaniczny wpis do mojego art-journala. Nie myśląc wiele wyciągnęłam kartkę papieru do akwareli, moją tackę z PanPastelami, kilka stempli, jakieś tusze i zaczęłam kreatywną zabawę.

I'm sure you know that PanPastels have beautiful colors and they're great for mixing and. Did you know that you can also stamp with them?
Well...  not literally  Round decorative elements on my page I made with embossing ink (it's the best for this technique cause it's transparent and stays "wet" longer) and then with a small sponge I put PanPastels in shades of red, pink and purple on top of it. Creamy powder adheres to the wet ink and it creates a colorful pattern. Maybe it's not as crisp and sharp as a good stamping ink... but this saturated colors, the possibilities of combining them! If you have not tried this method, and  you have some PanPastels - you just have to try

The "Dream Big" stamp is an example of using PanPastel on already dry ink. I stamped it with black StazOn on a white paper, and then covered with a very light Turquoise Tint PanPastel. As you can see PanPastel lightly covered black and made it more toned, less saturated, while it's still very crisp and visible. I use this trick a lot

A little bird is a result of a spontaneous weird experiment;) I stamped it with clear ink on a greenish paper from The Queen's Heart collection, and then melted clear embossing powder on it. Then I wanted to add color and covered the whole thing with a purple PanPastel... and it practically covered everything... So I decided to remove it with a wet wipe;) Doing that I also removed a layer of colored paper that has not been covered with clear embossing powder... But I decided I like the effect, so the experimental bird settled in my art-journal

Mały ptaszek to z kolei wynik bardzo spontanicznego i nieco dziwnego eksperymentu  odbiłam go przezroczystym tuszem na zielonkawym papierze z kolekcji The Queen's Heart, a następnie pokryłam przezroczystym proszkiem do embossingu.

In this very matte entry there's also a little shiny surprise;) I'm not sure how well it will be seen on your screens, but the words in the cut-out yellow wheels are stamped with grey ink, and then covered with orange Perfect Pearls powder  The shine is very subtle and only visible at certain angle, but it's definitely there!
